A packing dildo (or "packer") is a soft, non-erect prosthetic worn inside underwear to create a natural bulge — widely used by transgender, non-binary and gender-diverse customers, and also for cosplay, drag and gender expression. Packers vs STP packers

Standard packer: a soft, non-functional silicone prosthetic for the bulge alone. Comfortable for all-day wear, easy to clean, lower price point.

STP packer (stand-to-pee): features an internal channel and shaped opening so the wearer can urinate standing up. STPs need careful cleaning after every use. Some STPs are also packers (3-in-1: pack, pee, partner play).

Materials, comfort and sizing

Soft platinum-cure silicone is the gold-standard packer material — it has the right weight and natural movement for a believable bulge, is non-porous and hypoallergenic, and is comfortable against skin for full-day wear. Choose your size proportionally: a 3" compact packer disappears under loose joggers, a 4" mid-size sits naturally in most jeans, and a 5" full-size shows more visibly.

Wear options: directly in close-fitting underwear (briefs, boxer briefs, packing-specific harness underwear), or in a dedicated packing harness. Some users add a pinch of fabric stretch to position the packer naturally.

How do I clean a soft packer?

Wash with warm water and mild fragrance-free soap before and after each use. Silicone packers can be boiled for three minutes for full sterilisation. STP packers need extra care — flush the internal channel thoroughly and air-dry fully before storage.
