Find the same product in stock for less at another New Zealand retailer, and we'll beat that price by 10%. Here's exactly how it works, so there are no surprises.

How the guarantee works

Show us a qualifying lower price from a New Zealand retailer and we'll sell you the same item at 10% below that advertised price. For example, if a competitor advertises an item at $100, you pay $90.

What qualifies
  • The competitor must be a New Zealand-based retailer with a public New Zealand website or physical store.
  • It must be the identical product — same brand, same model, same variant, colour and size.
  • The item must be in stock and available to order at the competitor at the time of your claim.
  • The advertised price must be the total price a customer pays, including GST, before shipping.
  • The price must be publicly advertised and independently verifiable by us.
What doesn't qualify
  • Overseas retailers, parallel imports, and grey-market sellers.
  • Marketplace and auction listings (Trade Me, eBay, Amazon, Temu, Facebook Marketplace and similar).
  • Clearance, liquidation, run-out, ex-display, second-hand, damaged or refurbished stock.
  • Member-only, subscriber-only, staff, student, bundle or discount-code prices not available to the general public.
  • Limited-time flash sales, doorbusters, and prices available only for a stated quantity.
  • Pricing errors, and prices we reasonably believe to be below the competitor's own cost.
  • Bundles, kits or multi-buy offers where the individual item price is not separately advertised.
  • Naughty Hut gift sets, and bundles we put together ourselves.
  • Orders you've already paid for.
How to claim
  1. Before you order, use the claim form at the top of this page (or email support@naughtyhut.co.nz) with a link to the competitor's listing, or a dated screenshot showing the product, price and availability.
  2. Tell us the product you want and the price you've found.
  3. We'll check the listing and reply, usually within 1–2 business days.
  4. If it qualifies, we'll send you a checkout link or discount code at 10% below their price.
Timing

Price beats must be requested before you order. They don't apply to orders you've already paid for, so please send us the link and wait for your checkout link or code before placing your order.

Limits
  • One claim per product, per customer, per 30 days.
  • The price beat applies to the item price only. Shipping is charged as normal ($10 flat, or free on orders of $100 or more).
  • A price beat can't be combined with other discount codes (such as WELCOME10) on the same item.
  • Reasonable household quantities only — we may decline commercial or resale quantities.
  • We verify every claim and may decline where a listing can't be independently confirmed.
  • We may update or withdraw this guarantee at any time. The terms that apply are those published at the time of your claim.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
