Yes. Naughty Hut is a 100% New Zealand brand and Kiwi-owned. Our prices are in NZ dollars and include GST, and we're one email away at support@naughtyhut.co.nz.

Is your packaging discreet?

Always. Every order arrives in discreet packaging, with no branding on the parcel.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat $10 per order, however many items you buy, and free on orders of $100 or more. Every order is tracked, and we deliver NZ-wide.

How does the price beat work?

Find the same product (same brand, model, colour and size) in stock for less at another New Zealand retailer, and we'll beat that advertised price by 10%. Ask us before you order: send us the link and we'll send a checkout link or code at 10% below their price. It doesn't apply to orders already paid. Are your toys body-safe?

Most of our range is body-safe silicone, ABS, glass or stainless steel, and every product page lists its material. Clean your toy before and after every use.

Can I return a product?

We can't accept change-of-mind returns on intimate products. If something is faulty, not as described or the wrong item, email us with your order number and we'll repair, replace or refund it under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Many brands also offer a manufacturer's warranty on top of your legal rights. Returns policy.

Can I pay with Afterpay?

Yes. Afterpay (4 fortnightly payments) is available at checkout, alongside Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
