How to use & care

How to use

Apply a little water-based lube, insert the weighted ball comfortably, and let your muscles do the work — gripping and releasing around the weight. Start with short sessions and build duration as your strength grows. The silicone cord stays outside for easy removal.

Care & cleaning

Wash with warm water and toy cleaner before and after each use, dry thoroughly and store somewhere padded — glass deserves gentle treatment.
