How to use & care

How to use

Pick a lighter ball (or pair) to start, seat it in the silicone holder, add a little water-based lube and insert comfortably. Squeeze, release, repeat — then swap combinations as you get stronger. The jiggle response rewards you for staying active.

Care & cleaning

Pop the balls out of the holder and wash everything with warm water and toy cleaner. Dry thoroughly and stash it all in the included mesh bag.
