The Tenga Premium Air Flow Cup is the premium edition of Tenga's Air Flow Cup, and the box calls it the Premium Tenga Air Cushion Cup. You get a thicker sleeve, more intricate inner detail and Tenga's premium lotion already inside, so all you need to do is open it and enjoy.
